Wheely Card Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the purchase, delivery, activation and use of Wheely cards (“Gift Cards”). By purchasing or using a Gift Card, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Wheely reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time.

Gift Cards can be purchased via the Customer Service Chat function within the Wheely app. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. Subject to clause 6, all sales are final and non-refundable. By purchasing or using a Gift Card, you acknowledge that no refund or cash alternative will be offered.

Gift Cards will be delivered physically to the address provided at the time of purchase. Wheely is not responsible for any delays or delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the purchaser.

Gift Cards must be activated before use. Activation instructions will be provided upon delivery. Once activated, the Gift Card balance will be available for use in accordance with these Terms and the User will be able to choose whether to pay for a journey using the Gift Card credit or an alternative payment method.

Gift Cards can be used to purchase services offered by Wheely. The balance on the Gift Card will be reduced by the amount of each purchase. If the purchase exceeds the available balance, the remaining amount must be paid using another payment method. Gift Cards cannot be resold or used for any unlawful purpose.

You have a statutory right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of the date of purchase, provided the Gift Card has not been activated or redeemed. To cancel, please contact support@wheely.com before the cancellation period expires. If your purchase included any free or promotional gift, you must return the gift in its original, unused condition together with the Gift Card, including all original packaging. You are responsible for the cost of returning these items. Wheely may withhold any refund until the items have been returned or may deduct the value of any items not returned or returned in a used or damaged condition.

Gift Cards should be treated like cash. Wheely is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorised use of Gift Cards once issued to the purchaser. It is the responsibility of the holder to ensure the security of their Gift Card information.

Where you choose to opt in, Wheely may send you marketing communications. You may withdraw your consent at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in the communication.

From time to time, Wheely may offer free gifts with the purchase of Gift Cards (“Promotional Gifts”). These offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn or substituted at Wheely’s discretion. Promotional Gifts are non-transferable, provided “as is” by the manufacturer, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products. References to third-party brands (for example, Apple AirTag) are for identification purposes only. Such brands are the property of their respective owners, and no affiliation or endorsement by those third parties is implied.

All intellectual property rights in the Gift Cards and related materials are owned by Wheely. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any Wheely intellectual property without prior written consent.

If you have a complaint, please contact Wheely customer support first. You may also refer disputes to pinqDR, an independent dispute resolution service, on a voluntary basis. This does not affect your statutory right to bring claims before the courts of England and Wales.

Wheely reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Gift Card programme at any time. Any changes to these Terms will be communicated through the Wheely website.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with these Terms must be brought in the courts of England and Wales.
