Wheely is a premium ride-hailing service allowing passengers to book chauffeur-driven cars through an app both on-demand and in advance, for themselves and on behalf of others.
All chauffeurs must complete the industry’s most demanding selection process covering local knowledge, chauffeur etiquette and vehicle standards. Fixed-fare airport transfers are also available, including complimentary Meet & Greet with a chauffeur waiting in Arrivals.
Available in London, Moscow and Paris, Wheely was founded in Zurich in 2010 by Anton Chirkunov and is now based in London.
Wheely sets the gold standard in ride-hailing, with professional chauffeurs expertly driving premium vehicles. All journeys can be tailored to a passenger’s tastes: choice of route, cabin temperature and music — including streaming directly from a smartphone. Wheely chauffeurs help with doors, carry the luggage, and even have an umbrella ready on a rainy day. Complimentary bottled water and phone chargers come as standard.
About Anton Chirkunov, CEO and founder
Anton graduated from the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland. In 2010, he founded Wheely as an online booking platform for taxis and minicabs. Two years later, he decided to switch focus to the premium ride-hailing market and Wheely as we know it was born. The brand has moved from strength to strength ever since.
Today, Wheely employs more than 150 people in the UK, Russia, and France.
