To support high-performing chauffeurs during peak season, Wheely rewards those who consistently meet our performance benchmarks. These tools—Destination Visibility and Pre-book Priority—are designed to give you more control and visibility to maximise your earnings.
How it works
The program operates in rolling 14-day cycles ending on Sunday night. Your performance is reviewed every two weeks, and rewards are activated every Monday morning for the following two-week period.
Qualification Requirements
To unlock or maintain these benefits, you must meet the following criteria within the 14-day qualification window:
Journey Count: Complete 30 journeys.
Chauffeur Rating: Maintain a rating of 4.90 or higher.
Acceptance Rate: Maintain an acceptance rate of 90% or higher.

Chauffeurs who meet the requirements will unlock the following for the next 14 days:
Prebook Priority: reserve pre-book journeys in the app before they are made visible to all chauffeurs
Destination Visibility: see where a passenger is headed before you accept the journey
Frequently Asked Questions
How do I track my progress? You can view your real-time progress toward the journey goal, as well as your current rating and acceptance rate, in the Earnings tab of the Wheely app.
When do my benefits become active? Status updates occur on Monday morning. If you meet the criteria, your benefits will be activated the following Monday morning.
Why can’t I see the destination postcode anymore? If you do not meet all three requirements (30 journeys, 4.90 rating, 90% AR) by the end of the 14-day window, the benefits will be deactivated on Monday morning for the following period. You can reactivate them by meeting the targets in the next qualification window.
Does this apply to all vehicle classes? Currently, these performance-based incentives are available only to Business and First-Class chauffeurs.
Example Timeline
May 25 — June 7: Performance is tracked over 14 days.
June 8 (Monday Morning): Benefits are activated for those who qualified.
June 8 — 21 (Sunday): Performance is tracked for the next cycle.
June 22 (Monday Morning): Benefits are renewed or deactivated based on the previous window.
